How much does it cost to move a two-room flat?
Usually 2,200–3,000 ₴ with two movers if the building has a lift. The price depends on the floor, how much you have, whether wardrobes need taking apart and how far we drive. We quote the exact sum by phone, and it doesn’t change after the job.
Do you work at night and on weekends?
Yes, around the clock and every day. A night move is often easier: fewer traffic jams in the centre, and it’s simpler to park by the entrance on streets like Horodotska or Zelena.
How far ahead should I book?
A single item or a load of building materials goes the same day, with the van at your door in 40–60 minutes. For a flat move, book 2–3 days ahead, and a week ahead for month-end and weekends, which are our busiest days.
What if the building has no lift?
That’s our everyday work: old townhouses on Lychakivska and Franka streets simply have no lifts. We bring straps and an extra mover, and we include the floor in the price up front, so there are no surprises at the end.
Do you pack things yourselves, or do I need to pack beforehand?
Whichever suits you. If you pack into boxes yourself, the move costs less. Or we bring boxes, stretch film and bubble wrap and pack everything, dishes and chandeliers included.
Do you move pianos, safes, aquariums?
Pianos and safes, yes. We have rigging straps, a trolley and an experienced crew. An aquarium goes empty: the water, fish and gravel have to travel separately. Tell us about such items on the first call so we bring the right equipment.
Who is responsible if something gets damaged?
We are. If damage is our fault, we compensate or repair it. That’s why we wrap furniture in film and cardboard and protect the corners in the stairwell when we carry big pieces.
Cash or card? Do you issue documents for businesses?
Cash or card, after everything is in place. For companies and sole traders we work by bank transfer with a contract and a completion act.
